Is this an auto-reply bot?
No. CloseChat only writes drafts. Nothing reaches your customer until you read it and press Send yourself.
Can it say something wrong to my customer?
Not without you. Your customer only sees what you checked and sent. If a draft isn't right, edit it or ask for another version.
How much does it cost in total?
RM29/month on yearly (RM39 monthly), plus your own OpenAI usage. Your first month is RM9.90. Most of the AI cost comes from the background features, which are off until you turn them on.
What's an OpenAI API key and how do I get one?

Does it work on my phone?
It works on WhatsApp Web in Google Chrome on your computer. Your phone keeps working as usual.
Is my customer data safe?
Your chats aren't stored on our servers — only the part you're working on is sent to OpenAI to write the reply. Your account data (settings, customer records and an encrypted backup) syncs to your CloseChat account so you can switch computers, and you can export or delete it anytime. See the Privacy Policy.
Why is yearly cheaper?
Yearly locks your RM29 price. Monthly follows future price changes.
Can I cancel?
Monthly: anytime. Yearly: runs to the end of the year you paid for.
